When most people think of out of school activities, they think of sports. Sports can be very beneficial to youth mental health. However, sports don’t work for everyone. Not everyone will be into athletics, and that’s okay! We’re determined to find a place for everyone, no matter their interests. Below are some sport alternatives that give the same effect.

Connecting with nature (gardening, arranging flowers, hiking, etc.)
